Official transcripts from all previous colleges and/or universities must be mailed to:

If you have not successfully completed at least 12 hours of college credit, your official high school transcripts should be requested and mailed to the address listed above. Students who have not completed at least 12 hours of college credit and are not 22 years of age or older, must also request and submit their official ACT or SAT scores.
