William E. Thornton, Ph.D., chair of the Department of Criminal Justice, chaired a session on Drug Court Evaluation and presented a paper at the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences national meeting in 2008.
Criminal Justice chair appointed to journal's editorial board
William E. Thornton, Ph.D., professor of sociology and chair of the Loyola University New Orleans Department of Criminal Justice in the College of Social Sciences, was appointed to the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Security Research published by the Taylor & Francis Group.
