Beverly A. Anderson APRN, MS, FNP-C is assistant professor of Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years experience as an educator. Ms. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Dillard University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University. She completed requirements for Family Nurse Practitioner at Louisiana State University Health Science Center and is currently a doctoral student at the University of New Orleans, College of Education in a Collaborative Doctoral Program, Curriculum and Instruction /Human Performance Health Promotion. Ms. Anderson is actively involved in community partnership building. She has published and has been a speaker and presenter at several national conferences.

Barbara A. Bihm RN, DNS is associate professor of nursing. She holds a D.N.S. from Louisiana State University Medical Center and a M.S.N. from Boston College. Her research interests include elderly and health promotion needs. Her publications include a chapter on theoretical foundations of professional nursing in S. Delaune and P. Gwendolyn S. George DNP, FNP-BC is an associat professor of Nursing. She holds a DNP from University of Tennesee Health Science Center. She holds an MSN from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and a BSN from Loyola University New Orleans. She is a certified family nurse practitioner with clinical experience in Rural Health Clinics and Federally Qualified Health Care Centers. Prior to joining Loyola's faculty she worked in HIV care. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the American College of Nurse Practitioners (ACNP) and the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has an interest in Public Policy and has served on ACNP's Public Policy Committee. She has been LANP's Public Policy Chairperson since 2000.

Heidi Landry, RN, DNS is an associate professor of nursing. Her Doctorate of Nursing Science and a Masters in Nursing degrees are from Louisiana State University Medical Center, with specialization in nursing administration. Michael Landry, RN, DNS is an associate professor of nursing. He has a both a Doctorate of Nursing Science and a Masters degree in nursing from Louisiana State University Medical Center. His MSN includes a specialization in nursing administration. He has extensive experience in administration in a variety of heath care organizations. He has many years of teaching experience and is a successful grant writer. Lisa J. Linville RN, MN, JD holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master of Nursing from Louisiana State University. She has held administrative roles in the hospital, home health, hospice and insurance industry venue. She has served as a legal nurse consultant in malpractice, employment and products liability litigation. She has held leadership roles as a compliance officer, risk manager, and performance improvement coordinator. Mary Oriol RN, PhD is associate professor of nursing. She holds a Master of Science degree with a major in mental health nursing from University of Southern Mississippi and a DrPH in health systems management from Tulane University School of Public Health. She has extensive experience in leadership positions in health care organizations and in nursing education. Her research interests and publications include quality management, patient safety, and health systems.

Maritza Salgado MSN, APRN, FNP-BC - is an assistant professor working predominately with BSN students and as clinical faculty for the Family Nurse Practitioner program. She has experience as a Nurse practitioner, and educator in community nursing. She holds an MSN from Loyola University New Orleans and received her RN from Charity School of Nursing. Gail Tumulty RN, PhD is the interim director of the school of nursing and professor of nursing and coordinator of the Health Care Systems Management Program and teaches nursing leadership, health policy, and research. She received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Saint Louis University and her Ph.D. in nursing from the University of Texas at Austin. She is certified in nursing administration, advanced, and is noted for her international work to improve the profession of nursing, particularly with developing countries in the Middle East. Her research interest is health care system and work redesign and she has numerous publications on this topic, presenting both nationally and internationally.
