Short Bio

Rachael Hatley graduated with a degree in communication design from Sheffield University, England. She was the Art Director for a home improvement manufacturer in Devon and the publication designer for the Nottingham Evening Post in England. She moved to the United States in 1996 and was the graphic designer for the San Francisco Chronicle Magazine in California. She also designed, photographed and produced a directory for an oil/gas company in Lafayette and designed textiles and branding for Wembley Ties in New Orleans and New York.

Hatley was the Education Director on the board of the New Orleans Chapter of AIGA. She teaches part-time at Loyola University and specializes in editorial, stationery and identity design for private clients.
